About

Caesar Kavadoy

If you’re like most of my readers, you probably wish you had a little extra time. Especially when it comes to achieving what matters most to you, across all areas of your life.

Imagine if you had one extra day a week… how would you use that extra gift of time?

As a lifelong short-sleeper who has that “extra” day per week, different seasons of my life have produced varying results. The younger, less-disciplined version created a lot of consequences, which came with some tough correction! I wouldn’t say I was eager to pay the costs of those lessons, but definitely willing to learn.

Within time, I started using my God-given talent to achieve what matters most to him, and to help others go from goal-setters, to goal-getters.

Time is what we want most, but what we use worst. -William Penn

Myth #1: I just need to manage my time better in order to achieve my goals.

Despite your best efforts to manage it, time just keeps on ticking away. What separates the doer’s from the talkers within the 168 hours everyone gets on a weekly basis is quite simply, playing offense v. defense.

Studying, researching and challenging the best-practices to goal-setting has been a life-long pursuit for me. And I’m eager to bring the lessons I’ve learned to help you:

  • Gain a commitment for your cause
  • Understand the cost
  • Learn where and when to correct your course

I understand that there’s SO much to do, and not enough time.

Just because I was born with a rare genetic disorder that gives me more hours in a day, doesn’t mean that I’m not conflicted daily on how to spend that time. I am! And that’s exactly why I chose to spend time developing a best-in-class approach to achieving what matters most.

At the end of our life, we will all have things that we’ll regret doing or not doing. Minimizing those regrets demands a better approach to achieving our resolutions. As YOUR Goal Coach, I’m passionate about setting the stage for you to reach the top of your game across all of the roles you play in life. But more importantly to help you to achieve what matters most, right now.

Let’s connect! Or just follow me to get some encouragement and or perhaps a tidbit that might just inspire you, as it has for me, to achieve what matters most!
